Baffling Description(part1)-facts about juvenile diabetes

Since I don’t really have any special skills to teach you guys. So I am just going to inform you guys of some facts about juvenile diabetes that I studied about it during high school. Juvenile diabetes is one of the two types of diabetes that we usually know. Unlike the other type that is caused by an unhealthy diet. Juvenile diabetes actually doesn’t have a specific cause and it most likely occurs in children and adolescents period, but genetics and environment play a huge factor in it. Researches find that people who have Type 1 Diabetes will have HLA-DR3 and HLA-DR4.In the case of diabetes type 1, insulins will not be produced because of the Human Leukocyte Antigen System(HLA), a group of genes on chromosome six that encode the Major Histocompatibility Complex(MHC) which provides the T-cells in the immune system to recognize foreign molecules and maintain self-tolerance, a process known to eliminate T-cells that attack our body antigens. People who have Type 1 Diabetes have different HLA which means their T-cells can not recognize correctly of foreign molecules, so the T-cells mistake the antigens in the Beta cells as foreign antigens and kill them all which causes the pancreas can no longer produce insulin to decrease blood sugar level. Symptoms of this disease include polyphagia, glycosuria, polyuria, polydipsia and etc. Currently, we don’t really have a cure for this disease but there are certain treatments that can help with it. For example, injection and insulin pump both transport insulin to the human body to decrease blood sugar level manually.
